On Wednesday[ 19 August 2020 ] : Supreme Court allows CBI[ CENTRAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION]  Investigation into Sushant singh rajput death case and court has also directed mumabi police to hand over all the evidence [ collected so far ] to CBI

And court also said that : bihar govt. was competent to request CBI  for transfer of investigation and FIR registered at Patna was also correct ...
