Chinese Artificial Intelligence Company Shanghai Zhizhen  is also known as [ Xaio-i] filled a $1.4BILLION LAWSUIT [ AS A DAMAGES] against the apple inc.
Chinese artificial intelligence alleging it has infringed on his patent
Chinese co. argued that apple voice recognition technology [siri] infringed on a patent 
Chinese co. first sued apple for  infringment of patent in 2012
but now in  july  china supreme people court says that  patent was valid
